Reiki I is the journey of learning about one’s own energy and how to heal themselves. A healers first rule is:
"HEALER HEAL THY SELF." Learning self-healing, mindfulness, and daily discipline will root us firmly on our healing path.

We begin in an on-line classroom, where you move at your own pace through foundational modules. We will meet in person when you are ready for your attunement and certification. Teachers are here to help you all through your classes and beyond.
Some of the things will cover in class are:
- Getting in touch with our vital energy. (Chakras/Auras)
- Mindfulness/Meditation
- Becoming aware of the energy of our body and the energy that is around us.
- How we are affected by energy and learn how we can be effective.
- Learning the story of Reiki and Dr. Usui.
- Learning how to give self-treatments.
- Reiki I Attunement

Lifetime Tuition: $279
The Attunement process is a sacred time of altering one's vibration. Our recommended time between attunements is 21 days.
Reiki II - Becoming the Practitioner
Reiki II - Becoming the Practitioner
Reiki II is in-person and on-line instruction. We practice moving deeper into Life Force Energy. Preparing to give treatments to others and perhaps go on as a practitioner. We focus here on other, how to work with a client in a professional manner. We also begin our journey on using Reiki symbols and how to heal "hands-off" whether that be across the room or across the world.
This class includes instruction in the following:
- Three Reiki Symbols, including distance healing
- How to do distance healing
- Learning how to give reiki treatments to others.
- Deeper meditation
- Reiki II Attunement
- Connecting with my psychic self
- Practice time in class, Reiki Clinic and on your own
- Reiki Level 2 Practitioner Certification

Reiki ART/Master training with Ashamenta
Welcome to the part of your Reiki journey we call Advanced/Master training.
In one's life we cannot truly say we ever "master" the Reiki energy as we are the humble conduits for the universal life force. We can, however, move into a space where we can become more in tune with our intuition and trust the process of healing that the healing is always expressing itself for the highest good of you and your client.
We can become more and more familiar with Reiki and in tune with our own flavor of Reiki. We may want to explore using crystals, herbs, oils, angels, chakras, auras, yoga, massage, etc as an addition of the Reiki healing. During this time, we will experiment, play, practice, learn and grow together.
The guidelines for what establishes a "Reiki Master" varies from Teacher to Teacher. Ashamenta Healing Arts is committed to helping students, feel confident in their Reiki skills and guide them to their dreams of Reiki healers. Our curriculum may be more intense than the other teachers because we value your time, energy and growth on your healing path. Our attunements are in-person from Master to Student as our Grand Reiki Master, MeeshaKeena's Usui Tradition taught.
Confidence is built through experience and support. Our time will consist of meditation, teaching and practice. How deep you go, how much you learn, is truly up to you. The Universal Law of Attraction is you get what you give.
Over the course of a minimum 6 months we will be learning and practicing ART Level. After full completion of all the requirements. Once the requirements are met, we will have a day workshop of learning attunements and Reiki Master Certification. If you choose at the end of the 6 months that you would like more time to learn and practice before going on to the Master Certification you may wait until you are ready and receive your ART Certificate until that time.

- Meeting your Reiki/Healing Guide - We all have those who walk with us on our journey of life. Meet or deepen your relationship with your healing guide.
- Breath of Compassion - Learn to free yourself of non-productive thoughts and emotions.
- Working with crystals - Experiment with crystal in your healing and learn what energy they can share for healing.
- Reiki Grid - Using a Reiki Crystal Grid to assist you in sending distant healing everyday.
- Recapitulation - Restoring energy from unhealed situations.
- Clearing Aura/Psychic Surgery - Removing energy blocks
- Using meditation or guided imagery - Using aids to enhance treatments.
- Each class includes Reiki Share, because……. PRACTICE IS THE BEST WAY TO LEARN!!

- See clients in clinic and privately for practice time.

Reiki Teacher training may be available to you in the future.
You may also be eligible to become a professional associate of AHA.
The ARTS class is a combination of in-person and on-line. For those outside the Treasure Valley, zoom is an option for all classes. The Reiki Attunement must be done in person. Please contact MeeshaKeena to see if this course will work for you.
Reiki Master Class Requirements
- Immerse yourself in the Reiki way of Life
- Start your day with Reiki Principals or similar intent of living a life of mindfulness
- Conduct Daily Reiki on self for at least 30 mins working into an hour.
- Commit to Six Months of Class/Practice time with group.
- Conduct Reiki session on others hands on and distance.
- Document 100 hours of Reiki experiences (count hours once your are Reiki ll)
- Read Reiki books or research the web
- Essay on what Reiki means to you and your intent in being a Reiki Master, to be completed before last class include your personal experience of your reiki journey and what others are doing in the world with Reiki.
For Master Certification complete an additional attunement teaching workshop.

ART (Advanced Reiki Training) $1,200
Monthly payments acceptable
Reiki Master Certification immersion weekend training $400.
Prerequisite: Certifications in Reiki levels 1 and 2
(attunement process to be done in person by a practicing Reiki Master Teacher)

Reiki Principles
I - Just for today, I will not be angry.
Anger at others or oneself or at the whole world, creates serious blockages in one's energy. It is the most complex inner enemy.
Reiki is an excellent tool to remove anger blockages which have accumulated in the body over years, but it cannot remove the residue of current anger which occurs daily. Letting go of anger, brings Peace into the Mind.
II - Just for today, I will not worry.
While anger deals with past and present events, worry deals with future ones. Although worry is not always a negative phenomena, endless worries may fill one's head, and each one bores a small hole in one's body and soul. While anger requires a focused Reiki treatment to remove obstacles, worry requires the energy to be spread throughout the entire body. Letting go of worry, brings healing into the Body.
III - Just for today, I will be grateful.
Be grateful from your hart inward. Inner intention is the important element in this principle. Simple things as thanks, forgiveness, smile, good words, gratitude can improve others life and make them happy. Being thankful brings Joy into the Spirit.
IV - Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
Support yourself and your family respectably, without harming others. Earn a respectable living, live a life of honor. Working Honestly brings Abundance into the Soul.
