Meeshakeena is a passionate healer and teacher.  She loves to help others find their abundant, enthusiastic life (ASHAMENTA).

It has been over 20 years since she began sharing her gifts professionally.   She is an initiated Antelope Medicine Shaman, meaning she trained with an initiated shaman  for over 10 years,

She is Grand Reiki Master, who has given over a thousand attunements and has been teaching for over 20 years. 

She teaches Sacred Women's initiations, Shamanic training in Prana Touch, Fire Keeper, Lodge Keeper and 7 Nation initiations.  

She is the teacher of teachers.    

She is also a Positive Action teacher in our local schools - helping children find their compassion through stories and meditation. 

She is pursuing her Iyengar Yoga Teacher Certification.
